Tungsten Carbide Wear Insert - 3-Way Spiral for Ceramic Tile Spray Dryer
This is a critical wear component inside the pressure nozzle of a ceramic tile spray dryer.
Ceramic slip is highly abrasive. Under high pressure (typically 200–300 bar), it is forced through a nozzle assembly where a 3-way swirl chamber creates a vortex, spinning the slip into a hollow-cone spray for uniform atomization and granule formation (50–500 μm). The tungsten carbide insert absorbs the abrasion so the nozzle body lasts longer.
