Application of K115 Type Tungsten Carbide Mining Insert:
This K1 Type mining insert suitable for embedding rotary percussive drill bits of heavy rock drilling machines for drilling hard rock formations of calss f=18 or above.It is for embedding chisel and cross drill bit of various diameters.The drilling efficiency of chisel drill bits is higher than that of cross drill bit,however,withstand a high load Chisel drill bits are use for drilling homogeneous rock formations of various hardness and the impact load of the drilling machines shall be less than 6 kilograms .m.It is advisable to use cross drill bits for drilling rock formations with high hardness.
